This End User License Agreement (hereafter "the Agreement")

is a legal agreement between y'all and EIZO CORPORATION

be liable for whatever incidental, indirect, special or damages

arising out of the use or inability to utilise the Software or in

any connexion with the Software, except that such damages

are caused by the Visitor's intention or gross negligence.

the laws of Nippon.

(2) Any legal action to enforce or translate the terms of

this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the

Tokyo District Court,Tokyo, Japan.
